Lib Dem Michael Bound wins Baughurst by-election Sun 3rd Feb 2008 The local Liberal Democrat Candidate, Michael Bound has won the by election held on 24th Jan 08 in the Baughurst Ward of Basingstoke and Deane taking the seat previously held by Conservative, the late Sheila Allen.
